Vlash Ndoj is a skilled tradesman from Albania who spent 12 years working on the Greek island of Santorini, mastering framework, insulation, drywall, plastering, painting, and specialty finishes. By 24, he was running job sites as a foreman. He brought that experience to Canada and now leads Vlash Home Finishing, serving the Greater Victoria area with the same standard on which he built his reputation.
