Introducing Vlash Ndoj, a skilled tradesman with a remarkable journey.

Born in the mountains of Albania, Vlash discovered his passion for craftsmanship at an early age. Growing up in a busy household with five siblings, he learned invaluable skills by observing his family's entrepreneurial ventures, including a coffee shop and a restaurant.

Seeking better opportunities to support his loved ones, Vlash made a bold move at the age of 17 and went to Greece. Living and working on various Greek islands, he gained hands-on experience through a range of jobs, absorbing the wisdom and expertise of local artisans. Eventually, he settled on the island of Santorini, where he started on his journey in the trades as a general labourer. Vlash's dedication and thirst for knowledge led him to master multiple facets of the industry, including framework, insulation, drywall installation, mud and tape, painting, all plastering, and other specialty finishes unique to Greece.

By the age of 24, his skills and leadership abilities earned him the position of Foreman, managing teams of workers on various job sites. At the age of 29, Vlash set his sights on Canada, both to join his Canadian wife and to start a new life. His European training and attention to detail set him apart from the crowd. In the fast-paced and competitive construction world of Santorini, he proved his worth through his work ethic, meticulousness, and ability to deliver high end results efficiently.

After 4 years work in Nanaimo, Vlash is now expanding his business in the Greater Victoria area. He brings a warm and personable approach to every project, providing honest consultations and treating each project with the utmost respect.
